On April 11th, I will be defending my dissertation The Sparrows that was recently workshopped by Jason Weisinger (tenor), Roberto Kalb (conductor), and student performers from the University of Michigan School of Music. The cycle of two songs was selected from a series of six original texts by Geoffrey Nutter that were created for this piece.
